Windows app has packaging error that causes app to fail to load

The 2025.4.0 release has an error in the Windows version of the app that causes the app to fail to open with a Qt6NetworkAuth.dll error.

Same issue here on Windows 11 with Input 2025.4.0. Clean install, Qt6NetworkAuth.dll missing. Let me know if I can help test a fix.

As a workaround I copied the missing .dll from a Qt6.8.3 desktop dev install in the Input folder.
