use proj/qgis resources from SDK

right now there are hardcoded in app/android/qgis-data, but they should be taken from SDK

with MerginMaps/mobile-sdk#77 , the proj resources are generated during build and attached as artefacts. So for now, if we upgrade proj version we can take resources from macOS release artefacts and copy it to input folder as workaround
