CE Resolves https://github.com/MerginMaps/server-private/issues/2670

Fix 🔨

  • updates to OverviewView
  • send just active non-removed projects nd users to stats

Added ➕

  • added editors count to stats and server usage for admin
  • add new card with editors count to admin overview

I think we should place related dashboard cards next to each other

In previous version and wireframes were contributors first. This is replacement for this card as editors are main metric. I think we can see it in action together with limits and reorder it.

- updatte returning storage size to number not formated string
