What?

• Change the way the token configuration is picked in the enforcer. Now the user can pass in the args the index of the token configuration that they want to use. The mapping key is not a hash of the msg.sender, delegationHash, token and index.

Why?

• This is better because no matter how many token configurations the user passes the enforcer will always look for the specific configuration index, making it cheaper.
