Low risk: only reverts release metadata in package.json and CHANGELOG.md, with no runtime code changes. Main risk is release automation/versioning confusion if other artifacts still assume v1.4.5.

Overview
Reverts the 1.4.5 release metadata by downgrading package.json version from 1.4.5 back to 1.4.4.

Updates CHANGELOG.md to remove the 1.4.5 section and adjusts the [Unreleased] compare link to start from v1.4.4 again.
