The `peerDependencies` on `@metamask/network-controller` and `@metamask/gas-fee-controller` have been updated to the latest versions. Changelogs: - `@metamask/network-controller`: https://github.com/MetaMask/core/blob/main/packages/network-controller/CHANGELOG.md#2400 - No changes to the actions/events used here - `@metamask/error-reporting-service` added to satisfy types and `peerDependency` - `@metamask/gas-fee-controller`: https://github.com/MetaMask/core/blob/main/packages/gas-fee-controller/CHANGELOG.md#2400 - Just the `@metamask/network-controller` peer dependency updates
