add filter to filter rule for tags and select #1099
Description
add filter to filter rule for tags and select like the settings of this attributes
with this filtering we restrict the tags or select items of a subset e.g.
- all neighborhood of a city with more inhabitant as 100,000
- all dishes without meet
- all animals with 4 legs
...
may be it´a good point to implement events to manipulate the filter items...
