Basically updates the vault-api/Makefile to use openapi-generator. Furthermore the client and server where regenerated, they now use e.g. futures 0.3 and tokio 0.2, openssl 0.10 . So I think it's a major breaking change and therefor if this crate follows semvar worth a new major version.
