Recording Quality issues and Video file is too big

I am trying to use this code on Windows 11 22h2. I have faced couple of issues with this sample.

• The quality of the recording is not great. You can see the appended video for that.

• Also the Video is size is too big, its generating 35mb file for about 20sec recording of 1920x1080 screen. To overcome the filesize, I tried changing bitrate to 2Mbits which has reduced file size but is it the right way to do that?
