Docs for Toolkit PR #3367

What changes to the docs does this PR provide?

Extra warning about the Ref<T> type on .NET Core runtimes

This warnings has to be included on all types that are using this transitively, e.g. NullableReadOnlyRef, etc.

@jkotas We only have a single docs page for Ref<T>/ReadOnlyRef<T> types. I could add the same warning in the remarks in the XML docs of each of those types though, so that devs would be able to see that from IntelliSense as well. Would that work? 🙂
