Moved ten screenshots from _img to subscriptions/media/buy-vs-subscriptions for the cloud subscription purchase and management flows. Update subscriptions/vscloud-overview.md: bump ms.date, reorder product names, refine purchase/assignment and cancellation instructions, replace _img image references with media/ paths, and apply minor copy and grammar tweaks for clarity.
Update the Markdown image reference in subscriptions/vscloud-overview.md from buy-vs-sub-Azure-sub.png to buy-vs-sub-azure-sub.png to match the actual filename and restore the billing screenshot display in the documentation.
Triggering another review as the changes to the image name "Azure" to lower case "azure " is not being recognize by the system.
Renamed subscriptions/media/buy-vs-subscriptions/buy-vs-sub-Azure-sub.png to buy-visual-studio-sub-azure-sub.png and updated subscriptions/vscloud-overview.md to reference the new filename. Also applied minor formatting changes to the doc (bolded UI labels: Overview, Change quantity, and Paid users) for improved clarity.
Standardize capitalization and wording across the About benefits doc and update metadata. Changes include: capitalizing "Subscriptions" in the title/description and multiple occurrences, updating ms.date to 04/28/2026, removing extra whitespace, consolidating the "What's on this page" content into the intro, clarifying partner benefit wording, and updating support and YouTube link display text. These edits improve consistency and clarity.
