As mentioned in the PR, this issue happens only for learners using Skillable+Azure Pass. Any lab using WebApp will face this issue (github lab is one of the first ones). Maybe include it in Lab 00? or Azure Pass instructions? @fimdim @petender @lauraAlvEl
