Fixes 3.

Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • Updated the project template name in the initial description. Although the code refers to the Parts Unlimited website, it can be confusing and make the students choose the Parts Unlimited template they used in previous labs
  • Added an escape character before "<" and ">" so that GitHub can render the text properly
  • Removed duplicate "Yours" text
