Full 2D and composition rework for piezod

Rework the simulation to fully decouple geometry from electrical transduction and support multiple geometries (membrane, cantilever). Add support for analytical stress formulations with sigma_xx, sigma_yy, sigma_xy outputs and displacement. Implement explicit piezoresistor layout for visualization, explicit piezoresistor stress integration, and full 2D visualization.
