Command to add item held in hand to the config

"/simplestack additem {Item}", "/simplestack setamount {Item} ", "/simplestack remove {Item}"
Permissions:
simplestack.additem
simplestack.setamount
simplestack.remove
The commands would add an item to the config through a command and automatically apply them onto the server. Optionally, an item could be specified that would be added. If no item is specified, the item that the player is holding would be added instead.

Reopening this because while I could include these commands in 1.3.0, they really don't act well with the current Simple Stack API. After update 1.4.0, I'll be more comfortable reimplementing these commands.
