change "pre-" to "pre " for all version references

Definitely: I realised that I used "pre-1.x" instead of "pre 1.x" throughout the document even though the format on SRC is "pre 1.x". This happens a lot throughout the doc in more than just all versions. I think the only exception is in All Wood Logs, where it's "Pre-1.2", and not "Pre 1.2", but this should probably be changed on SRC's end.
