A.2.1, A.2.3, and A.2.4 can be condensed into one rule with a few subrules.
Current Rules:
A.2.1) All runs must be submitted with a video of the run.
A.2.3) Your video must be permanently available.
This excludes but is not limited to:
A.2.3.a) Twitch VODs
A.2.4) Your video must be viewable.
Videos which are considered unviewable include but are not limited to:
A.2.4.a) Deleted videos
A.2.4.b) Private videos
A.2.4.c) Password-protected videos
A.2.4.d) Videos unavailable in the majority of countries
A.2.4.e) Videos which require payments/subscriptions
A.2.4.f) Exception: If you wish for your video not to be viewable to the public but still be on the leaderboards, please open a thread. The run may be allowed (at the discretion of verifiers).
Suggested Condensed Rules
A.2.1) All runs must be submitted with a video of the run.
A.2.1.a) Clarification: Your video must be permanently available (this excludes Twitch VODs).
A.2.1.b) Clarification: Your video must be viewable (this excludes deleted, private, and globally unavailable videos).
A.2.1.c) Exception: If you wish for your video not to be viewable to the public but still be on the leaderboards, please open a thread. The run may be allowed (at the discretion of verifiers).
Pros - condenses rules (50 word reduction, 4 sub-rules/rules instead of 10), higher readability
Cons - Lacks some specificity--including the examples in parentheses instead of as explicit subrules is also somewhat counter to the structure of the rules. The line between a rule and a sub-rule is not entirely clear, so these may be viewed as too "large in scope" for sub-rules.
