Incorporate minor edits of new cyclodextrin material into nieldev branch

This:

• mentions cyclodextrins in the intro to host-guest systems
• rephrases a couple of sentences to improve clarity or readability
• Adds a comment (which I will try to address in a separate PR in case you don't like how I propose dealing with it and want to reject my revision and try your own hand at it) about the overview of prior computational work -- It's interesting, but I think it's too lengthy (see comment in TeX).
• Adjusts the "future benchmarks" section a bit to make it seem a little less like something big has been removed from there.
• Made some improvements to the README.md file for the input files, including a "one sentence per line" revision that allows easier tracking of changes.
