[FEATURE REQUEST] Notification for when a download completes #2045

Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At times, especially when you may be installing a larger mod, like Skyrim 202X, whose files are 4 - 9gb each, you may be doing something else on your computer, such as watching a video, or playing another game. This is especially if you don't have premium, in which it takes far longer for each file to download, around an hour for each at max basic download speed, meaning you either leave your computer running, do something else, or sit and wait.
Describe the solution you'd like
The solution would be to add a notification, like the notification you get when starting a download, that says something along the lines of "(Mod Name) Download Complete".
Describe alternatives you've considered
In order for this to work, as I know that for smaller mods it would be annoying, you could add a setting on the settings menu, like if a mod is larger than X amount, give a notification or a feature in the right click menu for when you click on X mod, you can set it for MO2 to send a notification on completion. Along with this feature, you could add other notifications, like one for if a download failed, or one for installation complete. You could also potentially add options in the right click menu for when you are highlighted on a download along with a notification, such as auto-installing the mod, launching an executable, or close MO2.
