And moved the list versions / add version links to buttons so we don't just have a single button on its own! (And so the drop-down doesn't mess up spacing.)

I was looking at it following your email and saw it was trivial to remove, so thought I'd do it :)
Builds on #222 because that touched the same bit of the template, and I didn't want hassle with later merge conflicts.
