In principle the membrane potential is determined by the charge inside and outside of the cell, so you should be able to calculate this from the concentrations (possibly with an extra term to represent charge-carriers not included in the model). Some papers have shown you can do this.

This would require a bit of science to find out if it's possible to do it automatically, so not really on the agenda right now!
