Simplify Ansible Playbook

## Summary

- Try to put all configuration in one place using a single central config file that all roles can read from (e.g. move more settings from roles into `group_vars`).
- Add a Python script to generate a config after asking the user a series of questions with defaults.
  - Also, possibly run prep tasks like `ansible-vault encrypt`
  - Possibly perform the installation as well.
