Device Setup

Content for how to setup recruit's devices. Needs a page on setup for:

• Windows
  • Install mingw-w64 (maybe)
  • Or use Visual Studio and Visual C++
• Linux
  • Command line instructions (possibly multiple distros)
• MacOS
  • Homebrew install
  • Xcode? (idk, I don't have a Mac)
  • GCC or Clang install using Homebrew
• WSL
  • Possible setup of WSL (take from HPP)
  • Setup of Remote dev between VSCode and WSL <-> Windows

All sections should include the installation of:

• Git
• A text editor (VSCode)
