Complete Initial Sem 1, 2024 revamp

This revamp is intended to add additional content and expand the scope of HPC training. There are a few subchapters still under construction but will be completed soon. Additionally there are some fixes and edits that will be made in the patch update.

We focused on introducing and fleshing out the following topic areas:

• Computer Architecture & Operating System theory (CPU components, linux, threading, memory hierarchy & segments, processes, scheduling, etc...)
• C system calls & process spawning.
• More theory in the M3 & SLURM chapter along with more Slurm content.
• More parallel computing content - both theory and practical OpenMP content.
• How parallelisation of algos works - parallel search, sort, ML models, etc...
• Apache Spark content (high-level parallel & distributed computing Python/Scala framework)
