…ns for a given group and label to be plotted. Essentially a group is only plotted and labeled if both conditions contained non-zero counts for the group. Also the __UNKNOWN__ class label (or any label starting with _) is now properly displayed in the legend for scatter_dge_class. Previously these legend labels were omitted by matplotlib
