在 / 级别的功能目前看到：
/skill:kimi-cli-help
/skill:skill-creator
但是对于自己新建的skill缺少类似cc /mcp的管理方式
包括查看当前skill版本、触发词、删除skill等等
而且skill的存储目录似乎也不是统一的.
希望提供更好的方法管理skills，例如skills list , skills rm 之类.

However, there is no management method similar to cc/mcp for the newly created skills.
Including checking the current skill version, trigger words, deleting skills, etc.
Moreover, the storage directory of skills does not seem to be unified.
Hope to provide better methods to manage skills, such as skills list, skills rm and so on.
