Skip Topics

Currently, the instructor can jump to any topic, which is great. However, some improvements:

• The instructor should also be in "skip"-able mode all the time. Currently, only once they have actually completed a topic can they use the "skip" feature.
• Students also need the ability to manually unlock a topic even if they don't meet the prerequisites. However, it should be behind a small button on the bottom of the locked screen and has them confirm that they really want to manually unlock it. Unlocking a topic does not give them "skip"-able mode though.
