Pending visual fixes to the Create New Order screen

• In the premium or discount % bar, it should only display whole numbers when the user scrolls, not fractional numbers like they do now.

• Put the info buttons where they belong, as they are in the lobable design, and display the info text correctly,
  in Price type and Premium
  

• When the user selects the Fixed Price option, the text should change from Market Price to Fixed Price, as shown in Lovable.
