Show Cancel and Dispute buttons when counterparty opens a cooperative cancellation

When a user takes an order, when order is in Active status, if the maker (the counterparty) opens a cooperative cancellation, the app doesn't show the taker the cancel and dispute buttons, only the close button. It should show the Cancel and Dispute buttons.
This happens with both buy and sell orders.
