Improve the timer and clock when the order is in waiting-buyer-invoice, waiting-payment, and Active statuses.

Currently, the clock is displayed with a countdown from the 24 hours to when the offer was created, regardless of the order status. This can be confusing to the user.
I suggest:

• If the order is in waiting-buyer-invoice or waiting-payment status, display the clock with a countdown of the time shown in each of those statuses, generally 15 minutes for each. It should be 15 minutes for one screen and 15 minutes for the other.

• If the order moves to Active status, the clock should be removed from there and not displayed in subsequent statuses because it is no longer needed.
