Bug when pressing the buy or sell button repeatedly

If I press the Buy or Sell button multiple times in a row,

• Mostro gives me this error in the logs:

• The trade index increases every time I tap it (my trade infdex went from 1 to 10)

• When I finally get the message to sen the invoice, which I do, I can't continue because Mostro sends cant_do\":\"pending_order_exists

This can happen even if the user doesn't do it with malicious intent. If their internet connection is slow, they might hit the Buy or Sell button multiple times, thinking it's not working.
