How to setup keys properly?

No clue how to setup keys properly to get the cli client to work.

Tried:
export MOSTROPUBKEY=npub6dec
export NSEC_PRIVKEY=nsec09

Getting:
mostro-cli listorders
Checking for legacy token columns...
No legacy token columns found - database is up to date
Failed to get context keys: Invalid secret key
