TrkStrawHit (not TrkStrawHitSeed) Error?

I've not seen this error before. As there are no TrkStrawHits in the mcs data I'm not sure what might cause this.
Reproduce with:

its not an error, its a title issue, it should be displaying a +/- X quantity....I'm not sure why its not
