TrkStrawHitSeed info box is sometimes incomplete or unavailable

This seems to affect some but not all TrkStrawHitSeeds.
Reproduce with:
mu2e -c REve/examples/nominal_example.fcl /pnfs/mu2e/tape/phy-sim/mcs/mu2e/CeEndpointOnSpillTriggered/MDC2020ae_best_v1_3/art/74/86/mcs.mu2e.CeEndpointOnSpillTriggered.MDC2020ae_best_v1_3.001210_00000000.art

I think the issue might be that there are two collections? The first is labelled and the second isnt?

This still happens randomly, also for some other info boxes, I dont know if it's an intrinsic issue in REve or our implementation. In general the info box access is flakey, especially when objects shadow each other, it can be nearly impossible to get the info from the one you want.

OK, this is probably because there's multiple collections or something. Or it could be how the box is filled in the code. It's likely a problem on our side. I will leave it open
