Large scale refinements to code base

Massice code base review has taken place:

• Refactored .fcl (some issues here still, due to new geometry mismatch for extracted)
• Add option to display source system for calorimeter, improved CaloDigi display
• Removed duplicated functions and unused placeholders especially in GUI/TextSelect classes
• Removed GeomUtil class as was not being used
• Fixed TextSelect to actually take input from the GUI - more of a placeholfer but at least those boxes now do something
• Used AI tool to generate comments throughout the code to document what each parameter is
• Added an REveCompound object to AddComboHits to take care of the hit and error
• Added label to the error hit to give meaningful information
• Improved CaloCluster display to remove rough color scheme and make colors more meaningful
• Fixed CRVInfo to reflect that it adds CRVRecoPulses, tidied function and fixed bug causing crash when cosmic is in CRV-R or -L (nominal)
• Updated CRV names to "Crv" as requested
• TrkCaloHitSeed function added
• Updated KalIntersections to have track labels too
• Switched order to run:sub:event in corner label
• New documentation directory will contain details of the parameters and visualization options
• autoplay options working
