Clean up documentation

Our docs have references to Los Angeles Times Data Desk in conf.py and Ben Welsh is still listed as the main maintainer in credits.rst. In general all of the documentation should have a run through to clean up old references.

Also should delete the Travis YAML file, which is no longer in use.
