Docs: Close wiki after passing the export dot functions to the docs website

We should only have one source of documentation, currently we have two. A legacy wiki where we documented things manually, and a new website with partially automatically generated API documentation.

• In our current automatic API reference some functions are missing.
• Furthermore the export_dot function usage documentation is in our wiki, this should be added manually to our docs folder.
