Using 3309 for sql port

So not sure what fancy way it should be listed in the config.
I have it as
"host": "127.0.0.1:3309",

and i get error

[script:database-back] SCRIPT ERROR in promise (unhandled rejection): Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND 127.0.0.1:3309
[script:database-back] > undefined (Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND 127.0.0.1:3309)
