Change of interface from KVStore to FSStore #64
Description
we need to change the way we get the FS reference for the file as in zarr-developers/zarr-python#1362 (comment) - we need to perform a check on Zarr version to support the older method (until incl 2.13.3) and klose #62 when that's done
