Add taxa to genes #263
Description
We include taxa for genes in NameRes and in the JSONL files for NodeNorm, but we don't include them in NodeNorm because we still need to figure out how to include information like this in the Redis database (#154). This could be helpful for issues like https://github.com/NCATSTranslator/Feedback/issues/781.
