List and explain tags in readme

We have some tags in the role. We should list and explain those that are actually useful for users.

When we're done with that we need to do the same in our other Elastic Stack related roles (make opening issues part of this issue)

From my side: Yes. At least a review of existing tags and if they are documented. Personally I have to admit I don't use tags enough, so its wrong to say "I lost track". It's more a "I never got track" situation.
