Question: paywalled content

This is an awesome library! Nice work. I'm curious how/if you're handling paywalled content in any way (doesn't seem like it from poking around). As an author I'd like to be able to fetch all my content, but without any sort of auth the body_html property will be null. Might be worth referencing this ruby gem to see how they handle it if you're interested in adding: https://github.com/Duartemartins/substack/blob/master/lib/substack_api/client.rb. I'd be open to digging into it myself, although I'd have to brush up on my python

Thanks! Yes at the moment paywalled posts don't return content. It would be interesting to support authentication; I'll look into it!

This is closed by #8 - the login flow is a little too brittle to include here (and Substack doesn't set up accounts with passwords by default, it just uses magic links 😵‍💫). But if you export your own cookies, these changes let you pass them through into an authenticated session you can use for Newsletters and Posts!
