Use recommended resources for all n3fit examples

Right now most of the example runcards in the n3fit folder force you to unnecessarily download many extra resources. They should be using these instead.

In light of #675 (comment) this seems a good time for doing it.

One thing preventing me from doing this change is having some integrability dataset in theory 162 (so that all parts of n3fit can be tested).

@scarlehoff Just to understand: do you suggest a) to change the example runcards in #675 so that they rely only on the recommended resources listed here or b) to change the list of recommended resources so that the runcards in #675 are consistent with the PDF sets delivered to LHAPDF?

I think we should have two sets of runcards, the "quick examples" (like Basic_runcard.yml) which should be able to do simplified versions of everything (so at least an integrability dataset is needed).
And then the LHAPDF-delivered runcards which must contain the full datasets and so they can/must use the full theory.
