Missing theories?

As spotted here #764 (comment), the available theories on the server don't seem to match up with the theories listed here https://docs.nnpdf.science/theory/theoryindex.html. In particular, lots of the theories seem to be missing from the server. Does someone know why?

As far as I can tell, missing theories are simply so outdated that it is not convenient to store them, therefore they were consciously not produced/uploaded to the server anymore. Nevertheless, I wouldn't remove them from the theory database. I'd suggest to indicate in the documentation which theories are not available.
