Trying to get a fitbot version of master with keras > 3 and tf ~ 2.17 to compare better with this #2137 I've noticed that the conda solver might decide to install the package from the nnpdf server instead of the local ones. So we need to use strict order, or force it... which is annoying.

Since the pip installation has already been used for a while and seems to work perfectly fine, I think it is time to change the fitbot to pip.
