I didn't remove 3.8 from the tests but maybe it should be (I see the regression still includes 3.7 even)

I was thinking the same, but since we still support 3.8 I guess there is no harm, no?

Ok, I can answer that

The currently activated Python version 3.8.18 is not supported by the project (>=3.9,<3.13).
Trying to find and use a compatible version. 
Using python3.10 (3.10.12)

poetry takes over and changes the test xD
