Papilo's problem builder was spending a long amount of time building the constraint matrix. Rewrote that step -> provides ~1.8x speedup on presolve With TBB there is another ~1.2x additional speedup so ~2x. Papilo's problem builder was spending a long amount of time building the constraint matrix.
