Refactor Menu Bar

The Menu bar should have the appropriate links

Steps to Implement

1. Hook up the logic for creating the number of items in the shopping cart to the appropriate place
2. Hook up Bangazon Inc logo to the correct home page
3. Add New Product link to menu bar
4. Hide Add Product link if user is not logged in
5. Add Product Types link
6. Hide Product Types link if user is not logged in
7. Add Shopping Cart link to menu bar
8. Hide Shopping cart link if user is not logged in
9. Make sure products show up on load
