It was getting 403 forbidden errors due to rate limit exceeded, even though the other API request was working. I guess there are different buckets of rate limits for different APIs.

Add a URL parameter to specify the organisation. Keep the last 10 valid org names in localStorage.
Add an index page with a form to enter organisation name and a list of the last 10 from localStorage.
Based on #9; probably merge that one first.
