[Package Request] Add fastfetch

Hello all,

fastfetch is a neofetch like system information tool. As neofetch was abandoned, fastfetch has been used as a modern neofetch replacement for a lot people.

NetBSD is officially supported by upstream and has been tested in host. I'd like to add it to NetBSD repo too.

Currently, fastfetch has been packaged for FreeBSD and MidnightBSD. Porting of OpenBSD is ongoing.
